Holland Elite Sports Agency is a Sports & Travel agency based in The Netherlands, specializing in organizing elite-level tournaments, tours, clinics, and training camps for academy teams across different sports. We cater to what top teams expect, ensuring a good level of opposition, quality organization, and lifetime experiences.

Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & training session

Morning: after meeting your tour manager at London Heathrow or one of the other London airports, the group will travel by private coach to Epsom College. On arrival you will check in to the boarding accommodation on campus, settle into your rooms and have some time to freshen up after the journey.

Afternoon: the group will have a short orientation walk around the Epsom College grounds to get familiar with the pitches, dining hall and common areas. A first training session under the lead of your own coaches is then scheduled on the Epsom College hockey pitches. The focus is on getting the players moving again after travel, feeling the English water based turf and sharpening basic skills in preparation for the upcoming clinic and matches.

Evening: after dinner in the college dining hall there is time for a relaxed team meeting in one of the common rooms to outline the goals for the tour and discuss the programme for the coming days.
Day 2 – London Sightseeing & friendly match 1

Morning: after breakfast, the group will enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of London by coach and on foot. You will see many of the city’s famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square, while hearing stories about London’s history and modern life in the city.

Afternoon: there is free time in a central area such as Covent Garden or along the South Bank of the Thames. Players and staff can explore the streets, enjoy some shopping, visit one of the smaller museums or simply relax at a café and soak up the London atmosphere.

Evening: in the evening the team will travel to a local London hockey club to play the first friendly match of the tour. This fixture is a great opportunity to experience English club hockey, test combinations on the pitch and enjoy a cultural exchange with the host team after the game.
Day 3 – High level field hockey clinic, London experience & friendly match 2

Morning: a highlight of the tour is a professional clinic delivered by an English elite level or high performance youth coach at a London hockey club. The session focuses on technical improvement, tactical understanding and high intensity, game related drills. Themes can include build up from the back, pressing structures, circle entries and finishing, giving players the chance to train at a very good level in an authentic English club environment.

Afternoon: after lunch the group continues exploring London. Depending on interest, options include a visit to a major attraction such as the Tower of London or a relaxing boat trip on the River Thames to see the city skyline from the water. There is time for photos and to enjoy the unique mix of history and modern architecture that characterises London.

Evening: in the evening the team will travel to another London hockey club for the second friendly match of the tour. Playing a different opponent gives the team the chance to adapt to a new style of play, apply lessons from the clinic and further develop individual and team performance. A short social moment with the hosts after the game underlines the international and cultural aspect of the trip before returning to the hotel.
Day 4 – Departure day
- Morning: after breakfast and check out, there is time for a short team debrief, evaluation of the tour and final group photos. Depending on flight times, there may be a brief opportunity for a short walk in the local area or some last minute souvenir shopping.
- Afternoon: the group will then be transferred by private coach to the airport where you proceed with check in and luggage drop. We will wave you goodbye and hope to see you again in the future.

How does it work (booking process)
Step 1
Like what you see and wish to contact us? Great! Please do so via below contact information button. We will get back to you asap to determine important details of your preferred tour such as number of persons, travelling dates etc. Following we will send you a quote which is already specified to your preferences.
Step 2
As soon as all details of the tour have been discussed and you have accepted our quote, we will send you a contractual agreement containing all inclusions of the tour. This agreement needs to be signed by you in order to confirm the tour.
Step 3
As soon as we’ve received the signed agreement back, we can gladly tell you the tour has been booked! Our finance department will now send you the deposit invoice.
Step 4
Once you’ve received the invoice, 25% of invoice amount (down payment) needs to be paid within 8 days of invoice date. 75% of invoice amount needs to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
Step 5
After we have received your down payment, we will start the organizing process. This means our Operations department will contact you to gather the necessary information and make the first arrangements for your team.
