Why Holland Elite

An experience you cannot get anywhere else

This is not a holiday camp with a few sessions. Holland Elite is already known across the hockey world for the Holland Elite Hockey Cups, tournaments at the very highest level where many of the best youth teams in the world compete. This camp brings that same standard to a small group, for a full week inside elite sport.

It is led by people who live at the top of the game. Raoul Ehren, current head coach of the Dutch women’s national team and Olympic champion. Sjoerd Marijne, current head coach of the India women’s national team. And managing director Jeroen Gosgens, a FIFA match agent with over 25 years in sports events and travel. They set the standard and choose the staff.

Epsom College sits on 85 acres near London, among the top 10 sporting schools in the UK. Our Director of Hockey at Epsom, former Great Britain international Brett Garrard, leads the programme on site. Your child trains where, and with whom, money alone cannot buy access.

Questions parents ask

If there is anything else on your mind, just ask. We answer every parent personally.

Who is the camp for?
Ages 10 to 18, boys and girls, from keen club players to national level. Players are grouped by age and ability, so every child is both challenged and supported.
My child has never been away on their own. How are they looked after?
Around the clock supervision from a dedicated Holland Elite team and boarding house staff, a named contact for every parent, and time to call home. It is the same complete care we give professional teams on tour.
What are the facilities like?
Epsom College sits on 85 acres near London, with a water based pitch and synthetic pitches, a full gym, indoor sports facilities, comfortable boarding houses and dining in the college restaurant. Everything is on one secure site.
How do you handle safeguarding?
Safeguarding comes first. All staff are vetted, we follow UK boarding safeguarding standards, supervision is in place day and night, and there is a named safeguarding contact throughout the stay.
What happens if my child gets injured or unwell?
Physiotherapy and medical care are on site, with a clear medical point of contact and access to nearby hospital care if it is ever needed. You will always be informed.
Can you cater for dietary needs and allergies?
Yes. The college restaurant caters for all common dietary needs and allergies. Just let us know in advance and we take care of it.
How does my child travel to the camp?
We arrange airport transfers from the main London airports as part of the stay, so your child is met and looked after from the moment they land.
What are the dates, the price and how do we book?
The first edition runs in summer 2027, with exact dates announced soon. Places are limited and curated. Register your interest with no commitment and we will personally come back to you with dates and pricing. A personal call is optional, only if you would like one.
