Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & training session
- Arrival: after meeting with your tour manager on Madrid Barajas airport, you will be transferred to your 4* hotel.
- Training session: In the late-afternoon, a training session under the lead of own coaches is scheduled to help you acclimatize to the new environment.
Day 2 – Pro Training Session, Sightseeing Madrid & Friendly Match
- Pro Training Session: today will start off with a pro training session hosted by a professional Spanish football coach at their academy grounds
- Sightseeing Madrid: the afternoon will be used for a walking tour through the city including the highlights of Madrid such as Gran Via, Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel.
- Friendly Match:in the evening, the first friendly match against a Spanish opponent team is scheduled and taking place in the surroundings of Madrid.
Day 3 – Pro Training session & Stadium Real Madrid and Friendly Match
- Pro training session: in the morning, a professional youth coach from a top Spanish Football club in the area of Madrid will host a training session on their academy grounds.
- Stadium Tour Real Madrid: a visit of the iconic Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, the homebase of one of the world’s most renowned football clubs, Real Madrid will be scheduled in the afternoon. During the tour you’ll get to see the pitch side, the player’s tunnel, the dressing rooms, the press room and the club museum.
- Friendly Match: in the evening, the second friendly match against a Spanish opponent team is scheduled and taking place in/near Madrid.
Day 4 – Departure day
- Departure: after check-out at the hotel, you will be transferred to Madrid Barajas International airport where you proceed with check-inn and dropping off your luggage. We will wave you goodbye and hope you to see you again in the future!

BOOKING INFORMATION
How does it work (booking process)
Step 1
Like what you see and wish to contact us? Great! Please do so via below contact information button. We will get back to you asap to determine important details of your preferred tour such as number of persons, travelling dates etc. Following we will send you a quote which is already specified to your preferences.
Step 2
As soon as all details of the tour have been discussed and you have accepted our quote, we will send you a contractual agreement containing all inclusions of the tour. This agreement needs to be signed by you in order to confirm the tour.
Step 3
As soon as we’ve received the signed agreement back, we can gladly tell you the tour has been booked! Our finance department will now send you the deposit invoice.
Step 4
Once you’ve received the invoice, 25% of invoice amount (down payment) needs to be paid within 8 days of invoice date. 75% of invoice amount needs to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
Step 5
After we have received your down payment, we will start the organizing process. This means our Operations department will contact you to gather the necessary information and make the first arrangements for your team.
