Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & training session
- Arrival: after meeting with your tour manager on Barcelona airport, you will be transferred to your 4* hotel located closely to Barcelona city centre.
- Training session: In the late-afternoon, a training session under the lead of own coaches is scheduled to help you acclimatize to the new environment.
Day 2 – Pro Training Session, Sightseeing Barcelona & Friendly Match
- Pro Training Session: today will start off with a pro training session hosted by a professional Spanish football coach at their academy grounds
- Sightseeing Barcelona: the afternoon will be about visiting the iconic sights of Barcelona such as La Rambla, Sagrada Familia, Park Güell and last but not least the Montserrat
- Friendly Match:in the evening, the first friendly match against a Spanish opponent team is scheduled and taking place in surroundings of Barcelona or Salou.
Day 3 – Pro Training session & Stadium Real Madrid and Friendly Match
- Pro training session: in the morning the second pro training session hosted by a professional Spanish football coach at their academy grounds is scheduled
- FC Barcelona stadium tour : Immerse yourself in the rich history of the club as you walk through the players’ tunnel, relive unforgettable moments in the museum, and experience the atmosphere of the Camp Nou stadium from the pitch side seats.
- Friendly Match: in the evening, the second friendly match against a Spanish opponent team is scheduled and taking place in/near Barcelona.
Day 4 – Departure day
- Departure: after check-out at the hotel, you will be transferred to Barcelona airport where you proceed with check-inn and dropping off your luggage. We will wave you goodbye and hope you to see you again in the future!

BOOKING INFORMATION
How does it work (booking process)
Step 1
Like what you see and wish to contact us? Great! Please do so via below contact information button. We will get back to you asap to determine important details of your preferred tour such as number of persons, travelling dates etc. Following we will send you a quote which is already specified to your preferences.
Step 2
As soon as all details of the tour have been discussed and you have accepted our quote, we will send you a contractual agreement containing all inclusions of the tour. This agreement needs to be signed by you in order to confirm the tour.
Step 3
As soon as we’ve received the signed agreement back, we can gladly tell you the tour has been booked! Our finance department will now send you the deposit invoice.
Step 4
Once you’ve received the invoice, 25% of invoice amount (down payment) needs to be paid within 8 days of invoice date. 75% of invoice amount needs to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
Step 5
After we have received your down payment, we will start the organizing process. This means our Operations department will contact you to gather the necessary information and make the first arrangements for your team.
