You start at one of our tournaments, tours or clinics. From organisation to coaching, there is always a role that fits. You directly contribute to events that bring people together and take your first steps in the world of sport. Just contributing is perfectly fine too.
2. Build knowledge
If you are open to it, we create a development plan together. Not a complicated document, but a direction. Through courses and mentoring you learn about event management, AI tools and entrepreneurship. We do this specifically for you, at no cost.
3. Launch your own project
Once you contribute regularly and build up knowledge, we give you the opportunity to start your own project. Your own tournament, training camp or clinic. We provide the platform and guidance. Because adapting and taking initiative is a muscle everyone needs to develop in these fast-moving times.
