The second edition of the Holland Elite Hockey Cup U14 Girls once again delivered everything international youth hockey should be about: elite competition, unforgettable moments, incredible atmosphere and a truly international experience. Across 24–25 May 2026, 16 teams from five countries gathered at HC ‘s-Hertogenbosch for two days of high-level U14 girls hockey, and the result was another memorable chapter in the growing history of the Holland Elite Hockey Cup.
With clubs travelling from the Netherlands, Germany, England, France and Ireland, the Holland Elite Hockey Cup once again showcased the international ambition behind Holland Elite tournaments. Players, coaches, families and supporters experienced not only outstanding hockey, but also a weekend full of energy, sunshine and unique moments both on and off the pitch.

The Holland Elite Hockey Cup started with four competitive pool stages before progressing into knockout rounds, where the level continued to increase with every match played. Across the weekend, a remarkable 114 goals were scored in 48 matches, highlighting the attacking quality and high level of play throughout the event.
Club Raffelberg e. V. Crowned Champions
After two intense days of competition, it was Club Raffelberg e.V. from Germany that ultimately lifted the trophy of the Holland Elite Hockey Cup after a dramatic final against THC Hurley.
The final showcased exactly what the Holland Elite Hockey Cup aims to create: two evenly matched teams competing at the highest level in a fantastic atmosphere. In the end, Club Raffelberg found the decisive moment and secured a 1–0 victory, becoming champions of the 2026 edition.

The battle for third place was equally competitive. MHC Bennebroek narrowly defeated host club HC ‘s-Hertogenbosch by 1–0, securing a place on the podium after an impressive tournament campaign.

Sunshine, High Temperatures and Great Atmosphere
The weather throughout the weekend could hardly have been more summer-like. With temperatures rising and sunshine throughout both days, the tournament atmosphere around HC ‘s-Hertogenbosch was exceptional.
To ensure players stayed comfortable and safe throughout the warm conditions, additional facilities were arranged including sunscreen points and water refill points across the venue.
Despite the heat, the intensity on the pitches remained high. Parents and supporters lined the sidelines throughout the weekend, creating a lively atmosphere around every field and contributing to the special environment that continues to define Holland Elite events.
A Unique Bonus: Dutch Championship Drama
As if the Holland Elite Hockey Cup itself did not provide enough excitement, participants also experienced something truly unique on Monday.
During the event, the return leg of the Dutch Women’s Championship Play-Off Final between HC ‘s-Hertogenbosch Women and AH&BC Women was played at the same venue. Following a 2–2 draw in the first match, many teams and parents witnessed one of the biggest matches in Dutch hockey.
The final delivered pure drama.
After regular time once again ended in a 2–2 draw, shoot-outs were required to decide the national champion at the HC ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Even after five attempts each, there was still no winner. In sudden death, AH&BC eventually kept their composure and secured the title in a thrilling finish.
For many young players visiting from abroad, experiencing elite hockey at this level became one of the highlights of the entire weekend.
