After a successful series of indoor tournaments organised by Level Up, we are proud to announce our new partnership. Together, we are excited to present this high-quality Indoor Field Hockey Tournament for youth teams and to offer this event with great pride.

We warmly invite teams from U10 to U18 boys and girls to compete on November 28 and 29 at top indoor venues in the Netherlands.

Across multiple locations, including Ring-Pass Delft, Berkel en Rodenrijs and HC Leonidas, teams will compete in a well-structured format with a minimum of four and a maximum of five matches of 22 minutes each. The tournament is designed to offer a competitive and enjoyable experience for all participating teams.

Participating Teams
This is a great opportunity for players to gain valuable match experience in a well-organised indoor environment. The tournament is organised in collaboration with Level Up, known for delivering high-quality sporting events. Due to the expected interest, we recommend registering your team as early as possible.

Age Categories
The tournament is open to U10 to U18 boys and girls. Boys will compete in the morning sessions (09:00 – 13:30), while girls will play in the afternoon and evening sessions (14:30 – 20:00).

Matches
Each team will play a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 5 matches, with each match lasting 22 minutes. The format is designed to ensure a competitive and enjoyable experience within a single day of play.

Tournament Format & Level
The tournament is set up to provide a strong and balanced level of competition. Teams of various levels are welcome, with the focus on development, game experience and enjoyment of indoor hockey.

Locations
Matches will be played across multiple high-quality indoor venues: Ring-Pass Delft, Berkel en Rodenrijs and Leonidas.

What’s Included
All participating teams will receive a pasta meal and fresh fruit during the day.

Registration
Registration is now open. If you are interested in participating, we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible due to limited availability.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be arranged by us around the tournament. We work with several hotels in the area and can offer suitable options based on your team’s preferences and budget. If your team is interested in staying overnight, feel free to reach out for the available packages.

Transfers (Airport)
Transfers are not included. If needed, we can assist in arranging transport to and from the airport or between hotel and venue.

Extra Nights
Should your team wish to extend their stay, we are happy to support with additional nights, training sessions or friendly matches to make the most out of your visit.

Payment
Upon booking, teams will receive an invoice which must be paid within the stated payment terms to confirm participation.

Cancellation
Due to the limited availability of team spots, cancellations are not accepted close to the event. Specific cancellation terms will be shared upon registration.

Insurance
Teams are responsible or arranging their own insurance.

Tournament Rules

Rules
The tournament will be played in accordance with the official KNHB indoor regulations, ensuring a professional and consistent playing environment throughout the event.

Tournament Format
This tournament is designed to deliver a high-quality and competitive indoor experience for all participating teams. League distribution is based on recent performances to guarantee balanced matchups and an optimal level of competition.

Each team will play a minimum of 100 minutes. Depending on the number of teams, the format will be as follows:
• 16 teams → minimum of 4 matches of 25 minutes
• 12 teams → minimum of 4 matches of 25 minutes
• 8 teams → 4 matches of 25 minutes
• 6 teams → 5 matches of 20 minutes
• 4 teams → 4 matches of 25 minutes

Teams are awarded:
• 3 points for a win
• 1 point for a draw
• 0 points for a loss

In case of equal points, rankings will be determined by:
• Head-to-head result
• Goal difference
• Goals scored
• Goals conceded

All match schedules, standings and updates are available via the Tournify app. Simply search for “Level Up” to access the full tournament environment.

Game Flow
Matches are played in a dynamic format, allowing for a high tempo throughout the day. A short 5-minute turnaround between matches ensures continuity while maintaining the intensity of the tournament.

Finals & Shoot-Outs
Where required, matches in the final stages will be decided by official shoot-outs. Each team nominates 3 players, followed by sudden death if necessary, in line with official regulations.

Players & Discipline
All matches are approached at a competitive level, similar to regular competition standards. Referees will strictly apply the rules:
• Green card → 1-minute suspension
• Yellow card → 2-minute suspension
• Second yellow card → suspension for the next match
• Red card → immediate removal and suspension for the next match

Discipline and respect for the game are key elements of the tournament.

Referees
All matches will be officiated by qualified referees appointed by the organising committee, ensuring consistency and quality across all venues.

Equipment & Kit
Teams are required to bring both home and away kits.
• The home team plays in their home kit
• The away team starts with the push-back
• In case of similar kits, the away team must change

Final decisions regarding kit clashes remain with the referees.

Player Welfare & Awards
Player welfare is a priority throughout the event:
• First aid is available at all venues
• Player of the Tournament will be selected by the referees
• Fair Play Team will be selected by the referees
• The official award ceremony will take place directly after the finals

Professional Standards
Teams are expected to be fully prepared and present at the pitch at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each match.
Failure to appear within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time may result in a 3-0 forfeit.

Regulations & Decisions
Any claims must be submitted in writing to the organising committee within 30 minutes after the match.
All decisions made by the organising committee are final and binding.

Responsibility
The organising committee cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
In situations not covered by these regulations, the organising committee reserves the right to make the final decision in the best interest of the tournament.
